David Lynch’s highly influential surrealist coming of age erotic drama psycho-sexual thriller-cum-horror film “Blue Velvet” has received a long-awaited Blu-Ray release date for November 8th. The seminal classic has inspired many works of art in both film and television, including Donnie Darko, American Beauty and even The X-Files.
Although no technical specifications have been disclosed, it is rumored that it may be a Director’s Cut (the original cut ran for about 4 hours).
